Your Tasks
Fun and variety guaranteed – A broad, diverse and exciting range of tasks awaits you as an intern or young professionals at WiN=WiN.
As an intern, you will be working on various projects related to Corporate Responsibility (CR) and economic partnerships (PPPs) in emerging and developing countries. Naturally, under the wing of experienced mentors. Variety is king: Your area of responsibility consists of exciting and meaningful tasks such as independent research, in-depth market and competitive analyses, preparation of audience-targeted information material about current developments in sustainability etc. Additionally, various activities which involve direct customer contact and personal consultation are on your agenda.
Our professionals are gradually trained, from “cradle to grave”, for an autonomous project management. Your area of responsibility is made up of acquisition, elaboration of project proposals, monitoring and reporting tasks as well as team-efforts to identify potential follow-up projects and cross selling opportunities.

For a successful internship or career at WiN=WiN, you possess strong analytical skills and a very good command of English. Ideally you speak another foreign language and have a good command of common office software applications. You are open minded, inquisitive and flexible, can work efficiently as part of a team as well as independently and are no stranger to working under pressure and meeting deadlines. Furthermore, you already have some practical experience and theoretical knowledge in the areas of Corporate Responsibility, sustainable supply chains and / or international development cooperation. Ideally you have already gained firsthand experience in emerging and developing countries.
